膳食纖維是紅薯的2倍多,1/5都是蛋白質!立夏前必吃,這麼搭營養還翻番
昨天剛發了一個紅豆羹,就有好多姐妹開始催我分享好喫的綠豆方子了。
最簡單的就是一碗綠豆湯,不管是涼的熱的,一碗下肚清熱消暑。
還有軟軟糯糯的綠豆餅,餡料包得是實實在在的,是我家每年夏天必做的一款小點心!
綠豆餅我之前做過很多了,對比下來之後,還是這個改良過的更容易上手。
直接用山藥泥+蛋黃+麪粉和麪,做出來的麪皮軟軟暄暄,特別適合不會發面的朋友。

最近發現的,能用最快速度,把娃香醒的早餐——奶酪饅頭!
不用解凍,從冰箱裏拿出來就能蒸能烤的,十幾分鍾就上桌~
冰種老面技術發酵出來的麪皮,暄軟耐嚼。
餡料裏的奶香味也夠足!
4重的奶製品加進去,喫到的都是濃縮的牛奶營養,每一口都奶味濃郁!
